Another amazing day of hiking in the Arizona desert! Checked off another National park from my list to hike all the National parks in our beautiful nation!!

Desert Hiking

Great 6 hour hike into this beautiful remote canyon outside of Tucson with several water crossings! If I can continue to challenge myself like this, then I am going to be alright leaving marathon finish lines behind me!! Loving the warm weather down here in Arizona for a few days!!!

Arlington National Cemetery

I am honored beyond belief to be one of the 1200 volunteers chosen nationwide to place a single rose on each of the 230,000 headstones at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington DC on Memorial Day weekend! It will be an absolute honor to travel to our Nations Capital to participate in this sacred remembrance!!

Cancer Care Northwest Foundation

What a special moment to be asked to present the check from my Aiming for the Cure event in October to Dr Stephanie Moline and the Cancer Care Northwest Foundation! It is always an honor to support my cancer treatment center and stand beside this women who saved my life!!

Road to the Final Four

What an incredible gift to receive!! An official NCAA Pink Wilson Basketball personalized with the words “Warrior Carol”.... I am humbled to be inspiring several women’s college basketball programs during their annual Play 4 Kay breast cancer awareness games during the months of January and February! It is an honor to share my inspirational journey with all of these young student athletes!!
