My experience this week hiking in Snow Canyon State Park in Utah was unbelievable! My life usually consists of marathons and breast cancer events, but this week I stepped out of my comfort zone. We hiked into a different canyon everyday in extremely hot temperatures and into rugged situations that made my legs shake from fear of falling. I returned home sunburned and sore but with a feeling of extreme satisfaction! My marathon next weekend in San Diego will feel like a cake walk after this week!!

Another day of amazing scenery hiking in these beautiful parks here in Utah. Blazing hot temperatures today made for an added challenge! What a blessing to be able to have the opportunity to experience all of this natural beauty!
